1. Returns
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from Howdy Instant Gravy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Time Frame
You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hey@howdynow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hey@howdynow.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to receive in exchange. We will process your exchange once we receive your returned item.
6. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
